Nice mattress!, June 4, 2008 By This review is from: Full Hospitality Bed 6" Sleeper Sofa Replacement Mattress Purchased the queen size sleeper sofa replacement mattress, and though it took a little time for the item to ship and arrive, it was definitely worth it. The replacement mattress is far nicer and more comfortable than the original that came with my sleeper sofa. The dimensions are just right, and the mattress even came with a free set of sheets!

The quality of this mattress is worse than the quality of my 7 year old sofa sleeper mattress. I wanted to return the mattress and was told that it can't be returned once the plastic has been removed and lied on. This policy was not made clear previous to my purchase, during my purchase, or when I took the mattress out of the box. Expensive for poor quality and un-returnable, and on top of that, unclear/fine print policies. The customer service representative was kind enough to lead me through the website in order to find the fine print return policies. After this experience I will never purchase from this company.

One of my guests has back problems and said it was the first time she has ever slept without tossing and turning! The only downfall is that it is so thick that the sofa cushions slowly get pushed out from the sofa, so about once a week I have to push them back in, but the sofa is extremely comfortable over the mattress! The bed I recieved was white though, not blue. But I love it! We pull it out and have movie night on it and it works great!!
